The Black & White Plaid Trend

I have to admit, it took me a little while to understand this trend.  When it first became popular I kept seeing this print in awkward pieces and I just couldn’t understand the overall purpose for it.  With time I was able to see brands and designers come up with more flattering clothing pieces using this chic print!  I am now a black and white plaid believer haha!

Is there a trend out there that you do not approve of?!  At the end of the day we wear (or at least we should) whatever helps us feel our best.  I like trying new things but sometimes it takes me a minute to appreciate the new designs/trends.  My number one fashion rule (for my self) is to not ever wear anything that is uncomfortable or that doesn’t suit my body.  I want to be me.  I want to feel like my true self at all times.  That applies to makeup, hair, my thoughts, my actions, and the words I speak.  It’s interesting how your personal style usually represents a little bit (or a lot) of your personality as well.
