I was surprised at how good this mascara did at separating every single one of my lashes and how well it did at keeping my lashes up! I don’t have the world’s most straight lashes but most mascaras bring down my lashes even after I have curled them with my favorite eyelash curler. It’s very frustrating. So it is a big deal that the Caviar Volume Panoramic Mascara preformed well and that the formula wasn’t too heavy for my tiny lashes.
It also does a great job at coating ALL of my lashes. You might be thinking “yes of course it’s going to do that, it’s a mascara!” But if you are extremely picky like I am you know that not all mascaras do this. I have tried so many high end and affordable mascaras that will skip some of the lashes focusing on just one area and for the most part it has to do with the wand!
Speaking of the ward. It’s quite big. When I first looked at it I honestly thought I was going to make a huge mess and get mascara all over my eye makeup. I’m happy to report that wasn’t the case. They suggest that you brush up from under top lashes while rotating the brush from root to tip. That’s how I did it and I had no problems with it.
I also used the Caviar Intense Ink which is a waterproof liquid eyeliner and the Artist Eyelash Curler. Let’s talk about the eyelash curler really quick. I could tell right away that it was a good quality eyelash curler and it did a fantastic job at curling my eyelashes however, I did use it after applying the eyeliner and it lifted most of the eyeliner I had carefully applied on my lash line! I might or might not have screamed a little haha. The eyelash curler is quite stiff I don’t know if it’s that way because it’s new or because that’s how they made it to be. I reapplied the Caviar Intense Ink eyeliner and the second time I drew a thicker line which was not what I wanted because I didn’t want to take the attention away from the lashes. However I still think you can tell how natural and pretty my eyelashes look. I love that the eyeliner is waterproof because honestly, who is still buying liquid or pencil eyeliners that are not waterproof?! There are some makeup products that just have to be long lasting/waterproof. Such as eyeliner, lip pencil, eyeshadow primer, and brow products. Moving on. The eyeliner has a glossy finish and although I prefer a matte finish I find that if I do two coats of it it’s totally fine! But sometimes you don’t have time to double up on eyeliner so i’s something to keep in mind.
I’m happy to have found another mascara that truly works because I don’t have many that I love and that I can recommend to you guys.
